Actually, the creation of this website is meant to enable teachers of English to get direct access to resources that are worth sharing. In other words, hereby useful teaching documents are intended to be rendered available ,especially those we deal with in our seminars and training meetings in order to make our teaching team efficiently versed.
Seizing the precious opportunity of meeting you in this space, we invite you to share with us your opinions and critics ,which we believe constructive, aiming at gaining more benefit from this modest contribution , highlighting the fact that our benefit lies mainly and totally in making our teachers'performance fruitful .In other words, we aim at enabling teachers to provide a quality teaching resulting in a quality learning.

The Magic Recipe for Successful Tecahing

It seems that the code of being a great teacher has been cracked , and here is a written summary of what a video, whith the content of which I cannot agree more, shows.

            Successful teachers needn't have :

                              -An outgoing personality
                              -Master's degree
                              -Loads of teaching experience

Whereas, they need to share few things in common ,among which, and mainly , we note:

1-They always make certain every stuendent is keeping up. (Cheking for understading)

2-They are not afraid of changing their lesson plans. (When it doesn't work , they simply say,as Miss  Mariel El Gueoro says in the video ;"It's my mistake, let's try something   esle..."

3-They set high goals , as Mr Justin Meli says in the video ; " We're all going to get smarter..."

                      Here is the video ....
